As a Remote Contract Agent, to communicate clearly
and work hands-free on the phone requires a quality telephone headset.

of quality telephone/headset that has its own controls for volume, hold

A Biometric Personal ID System (Client's Option)
The hiring client corporation may require you to
purchase the Network’s Biometric Personal ID System. The system uses
fingerprint identity to validate your entry into the Network every work
shift. This item is purchased through ContactXchange prior to your training.
The cost is approximately £75.

A Personal Web Cam
A basic web cam is recommended for Agent/Client video conferencing
and also for client security monitoring when required. It’s also the perfect
device for you produce the “Photo ID” and “Video” for your resume. You can
buy a web cam at any computer store. Buy a good brand with 640x 480 VGA full-screen
resolution for best results. Prices vary from £30.
